What is the Big Idea?
The Big Idea is a campaign to make the entire University aware of and involved in the University's five-year strategic plan, Adelphi 2015.
Everyone counts as we bring the plan to life and realize its goals. We want to hear from the entire University community—from alumni to administrators, from those who make our grounds beautiful, keep our buildings clean, enrich our libraries and galleries, coach our athletes, teach our students, and process our records.

The Big Idea Breakfasts were created to provide a forum to discuss the goals of the Strategic Plan. Hosted by President Scott, these breakfasts allow the Adelphi community—students, faculty, administration, and staff—the opportunity to share ideas and collaborate on action plans that will bring the Strategic Plan to life.

Share Your Big Ideas
The Big Idea campaign empowers all members of the University community to share, discuss, and debate their ideas online. Each forum, one for each of the four goals, is an opportunity to share your ideas.
